Believe me, I understand what it means to be skinny. When I was
18 years old I was in the same predicament as you. I tried eating
as much as I could, as often as 4-6 times per day. I trained as
hard as I could. But no matter what I did, I just couldn’t
gain weight.
So I set out to change all that. I vowed to leave no stone unturned,
to find out how to build muscle no matter how long it took. And
after a number of failures and false starts, after months of trial
and error, I finally began to figure out what it took. And when
I did figure it out, everything changed.
Over the course of a year and a half, out of relentless trial and
error, I went from 135 to 165 -- 30 lbs. It was damn hard work and
I learned a ton, but it took me far longer than I had hoped.
But using what I had learned, and finding some former skinny guys
who had made the same transition, I put together a new training
and nutrition program -- a program that has since been polished
up and released as S2B.
Using it, I went from 165lbs at 8% fat to 230lbs at 12% fat over
the next 12 months. In case you don’t have
a calculator handy, that's 51 total lbs of lean mass (!)
or over 4lbs of lean mass per month. All told, in about 3 years,
