Today's Topic: Corrective Exercise

The secrets to building a big, lean and muscular body can all be taught. We do it in this course, in the S2B book and in the Coaching Club. But all of it is based on one basic assumption: that you're healthy enough to train like we tell you to train, and lift as heavy as we tell you to lift.

To do that, you need to first ensure that your body is as biomechanically healthy as it needs to be, and that you know how to keep it that way over the long haul. So how do you determine your body's biomechanical health? And how can you improve and maintain it?

That's what today's lesson is all about.
